Terms & Conditions

Note: If in case the tour is cancelled/called off or shifted due to any domestic emergency or on account of any natural calamity/riots/accidents beyond the control of the tour operator, following which if any secondary arrangements are made, the expenses incurred in doing the same will be chargeable. In case of any loss incurred due to any payments made in advance for bookings will paid by the first party as per invoice.
 

Shikhar Travel will not be held responsible for:-

• Any expenses incurred due to loss of any item and charges against damage caused by an individual or group in any form towards property or transport used.
• Any increase in taxes or fuel, leading to increase in transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
• Flight fare / booking will totally depend on subject to availability, group size and time limit given for booking, there is possibility of booking the group in different Airlines / Flight.
• Shikhar Travels would be making all arrangements in their capacities as agents only for and in the interest of the passengers, with respect to any land transportation, accommodation, meals and insurance which may be included in the program and as such holds itself absolved of all liabilities to perform any of its obligations due to any natural calamities / accidents / riots / medical reasons including injury or any condition beyond the control of the travel agent. The program can be altered due to any unavoidable circumstances which will be mutually acceptable.

Please note that since the tour cost is based on a certain minimum no of students. Cancellation policy will be followed as per the agreement with the school.

Unused Services & Refund

No refund will be made for any unused services or other arrangements due to any changes in schedule made by passenger while traveling. However, in certain cases, the refund will be considered as per the policy of the carrier/ hotel/ tour company / or other suppliers used for providing services.

Refund request must be made within 2 weeks of the completion of the trip.

If there are any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of hotel stay, transportation, and meals etc. extra bill will be raised. Neither Shikhar Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.

Responsibility & Liability

All the packages are sold under the business management of Shikhar Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. Shikhar Travels reserves the right to cancel or alter any package as conditions require. Neither Shikhar Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses due to loss, delay or damage caused by accident, illness, bad weather, strikes / riots, road block etc.

Governing Law

This condition and each term shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
